Service Policy For Panda Hearts

  • Booking & Payment Policies

  • Booking: Clients can book services directly through the website.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are accepted through PayPal and major credit cards.

  • Confirmation: Bookings will be confirmed once payment is processed.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Notice for Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. If 24 hours' notice is not given, rescheduling will not be allowed.

  • Refund Policy: There are no refunds for missed or canceled sessions. However, rescheduling is allowed for future sessions, provided 24 hours' notice is given.

  • How to Reschedule: Rescheduling should be done via email.

  • Refund Policy

  • Session Refunds: No refunds will be provided for missed or unsatisfactory sessions. However, clients are welcome to reschedule their sessions as per the above policy.

  • Digital Product Returns: There are no returns or refunds available for digital products.

  • Session Details

  • Session Durations:

    • Tarot Reading: 15-minute sessions (can be booked consecutively for longer readings).

    • Reiki and Energy Alignment: 1-hour sessions.

    • Couples Energy Alignment: 2-hour sessions.

  • Recurring Sessions: Clients can book recurring sessions or packages at a discounted rate. Please inquire about available packages.

  • Code of Conduct

  • Behavior Expectations:

    • All sessions must be conducted with respect. Inappropriate language, disrespect, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. For Tarot sessions, if a client’s behavior is inappropriate, I reserve the right to disconnect and send the reading via email.

    • During remote Reiki and Energy Alignment sessions, no physical contact will take place. Clients should ensure they are in a peaceful and comfortable space.

  • Session Preparation:

    • Tarot: Clients should prepare their questions beforehand.

    • Reiki/Energy Alignment: Clients should be in a relaxed, distraction-free environment, and refrain from driving or consuming alcohol prior to the session. It’s also important to hydrate.

  • Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Client Information: All information shared during sessions will remain confidential.

  • Recordings: If a session is recorded (Zoom for Tarot sessions only), it will be saved for up to 72 hours and then deleted. Documentation from Energy and Reiki sessions will be stored on a protected hard drive.

  • Data Protection: All sensitive client data is stored securely and handled with the utmost care.

  • Health & Safety

  • Health Limitations: Energy work should not be performed on clients with pacemakers or similar health conditions. It is not intended as a replacement for medical care.

  • Standard Disclaimer: Please note that all energy work and spiritual services offered are complementary to traditional medical care, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical treatment.
